I'm looking to buy a good helpdesk software..
I started with the idea of Kayako or Cerberus, but neither of them convinced me. (Basically, the price is too high, and I think, I don't need to put that money right now)
So, I started to look to the other scripts, and I foudn this really interesting and cheap..

Also, they're giving free trials...
But I don't like the trials, I want a license..
I searched in this forum, but nothing appears..
So, If anyone here, used it, or have any experience...it will be appreciated!
