Co-location is great if you are prepaired to pay the hardware costs and fix things when they go wrong yourself.
I'm sure Serverpoint.com can fix this type of things if you are willing to pay extra.

I ahve seen that ServerPoint.com provides some Levels of support. Do they have any on their co-location services?

Serverpoint.com colocation plans are unmanaged, at least they don't say anything about support on their web site.
