1. Megatool is custom made BILLING control panel of HQHost.net. Their servers are unmanaged. And they offer management for additional fees.

Learned a little about hqhost.net at different resources and may say I came to a coclusion that company is worth to deal with. Many positive feedbacks, attractive prices, custom servers... I will consider this company when I need hosting provider again.
