Default Server download and upload speed - 11-18-2005 , 08:41 AM

Hi, i have 2 dedicated server which located in the same hosting company, one is the old one which i already use it for 1 years and the other one is the new one i just move my website from the old one to the new one and facing the speed problem.
After move to the new server customer start to compain their download speed is so slow. (we have over 100gb file for customer to download, the bandwidth is 1000gb/month)

When i try to complain to the hosting support they said there is no problem with the network.

the download speed is around 10kb/s only

Since they said is not their problem is there any possibility cause by configuration or setting? mayb apache setting or any other server setting will cause the speed to be slow?

Well are u sure u got 100mbit port , and do u have firewall installed as some can cap the speeds also, plus another reason could be that there is a bad router inplace to the server so if u have a test file around 28 mb let me know i will try to test if i get slow speeds also . Pm me if u dont want to get bw drained or something.
