Where can I get a VPS with specs like this:
100GB Disk Space
512mb Guaranteed Ram (minimum)
Data Transfer:Unlimited(No charge)
cPanel:LxAdmin or PLESK or CPanel
Virtualization: Xen (Because I've heared OpenVZ and Virtuozzo are using not real memory)
and finally cost around 30 - 35$

Can you guys tell me some good companies ?

Hi,
As per my experiences you should check their service quality instead of looking for cheaper hosting plan. You will get same plan in $35 per month for unmanaged VPS hosting from many web hosting provider.

I am also looking for some server and found hostgator your price and requirement is similar as mine but not found any company with similar or few less (reasonable price) I am currently using reseller account. Want a VPS....For test and then will increase my space and total requirement if feel good,
