has anyone used resellerguru.com... how is theres service..is there customer service good?

We used Resellerguru a while back for our Windows customers (few). After 3 months we moved away due to excessive and frequent downtimes + the inability to get through to any support...

I am currently on resellerguru but as was mentioned earlier there are frequent outages with unexplained reasons. I have tried to get ahold of support regarding the cause and the reasons are vague or just flatout wrong.
thee is no phone support of any kind.

I am looking to move to another host as soon as I can find a decent one. I do not want to have to move again after moving off RG.
