can someone help me activate this code for my web page!!.. i'm lost!!

Hi!

can someone tell me how to creat a search engine field and a submit button from MS Word and activate it or link it to my search script in the public html folder that I have labelled: search.html and which also has another script beside it that I also put there called find.html that is supposed to be integrated with the search script absed on Perl search engine logistics.
