I read that VDS plans don't have root access, as VPS is supposed to have. But myriadnetwork.com clearly states they provide it.
what i consider to be the most important while choosing a providerr for the VPS plan is the amount of RAM and cpanel the host offers with the plan.

I think disk space and wandwidth are very important too. Myriadnetwork.com provides, for example, Disk Space 10 GB, Bandwidth 450 GB, 4 IP's for $44.95 per month. I consider it's not expensive. Right?

Bandwidth and disk space are important, all the same it's mostly CPU resources and ability to install applications you need that make people go for VPS, eitherwise they could just get a few shared plans.

But I don't think that myriadnetwork's VDS plans are managed.
