What is better? A big hosting company or an average (smaller) one?

A Large hosting company is generally more reliable,wheres a midsized hosting company generally provides better support to their users.
basically because,they have limited amount of users(Websites) on their servers,thus they can attend to more people.
it all depends on what you need an want,
if your a newbie and need support to setup your hosting account then you need to go for a midsized company,and if your an experienced webmaster then you might be better served to go for a Large hosting company.

Most reliable hosts I know - Ahosting.biz, site5.com, vectoral.info are middle sized. This made me think that middle sized companies are better than giants, because of more care for clients, because of necessity of further development.
