Yet another "help me choose a host" advice request -

Right, these are the facts: what needs to be hosted is a new webcomic project. In other words, a relatively simple site with not a lot of storage (likely under 500mb for quite a long while after launch), a bit of PHP, and very vague bandwidth requirements (allowing for expansion without too much hassle).
What I've been looking at is a handful of hosts - namely Dreamhost, Geohost.ca, TotalChoiceHosting and Site5. All packages are in more or less the same price range (around $10/month).
If I remember correctly, TotalChoiceHosting says, somewhere in their TOS, that they'll notify you when the bandwidth reaches 80% and you'll have a choice of either upgrading or staying at the current amount - that seems like a great policy. They also allow a rather low amount of bandwidth (35gb) for pretty much the same price as Dreamhost's 120gb, with Dreamhost having a setup fee if you don't sign up for a specific amount of time in advance. Which looks kind of fishy at the first glance, but from what I've read, they do have a pretty good reputation here.
As for Geohost.ca, they offer a disproportionally low amount of storage (one package has 200mb of storage and 200gb of bandwidth!) compared to the bandwidth - would this be a sign of bandwidth overselling or simply lack of storage overselling?
Anyway, any experiences and/or advice would be appreciated. What I need right now is simply a prod in the right direction. So... help me, Obi-Wan!
Thanks for the input!
