Urgent Need help regarding dedicated server

Well I need to know I am running the hosting business for like 2 years first I was reseller to understand the business then I bought VPS & Dedicated servers as my clients was going up day by day, I need to know I need some nice company for dedicated server provider, because I am currently using Canaca I have VPS with them but I am not so happy with them in one months my server get down at least one time, and my clients are to hard on me as I have some major MNC with me so they are very hard on me if server goes down, I am planning to change my VPS, I am looking for nice company well named in market, like Race Force, Fast Servers, EV1Servues & iWeb can you tell me which one should I choose and if you can tell me any more company who can provide me nice and good services like 100 % uptime, and nice and affordable price, I can buy VPS or Dedicated server, which ever suited me better, well now I am using Ensim CP so I will be need Ensim on new server as it ia easy to take backup can restore again, it will be a really good favor from you if you help me out thanks in advance,
