Hello,
I just want to get some peoples opinions about Inverseflow Helpdesk system. Like, does your company use it? If so, do you find it reliable and is it worth the money? $264 at the moment is a little steep for me, but I'm willing to pay for it if it really is worth its weight in gold. I've also found alternate help desks but this one looks very promising. Thanks for your feedback as I'm cu |

Go for kayako... its the best helpdesk software..
Invrsehelpdesk lacks lots of features.. You can also try auraclesupport. |

Kayako rules for me. There are also some really good custom-made panels used by hosting companies.
