Hi there,
I'm looking to buy a good helpdesk software.. I started with the idea of Kayako or Cerberus, but neither of them convinced me. (Basically, the price is too high, and I think, I don't need to put that money right now) So, I started to look to the other scripts, and I foudn this really interesting and cheap.. www.desklance.com You can see the demo at: http://www.desklance.com/?main=demo Also, they're giving free trials... But I don't like the trials, I want a license.. I searched in this forum, but nothing appears.. So, If anyone here, used it, or have any experience...it will be appreciated! Thanks in advance, |

Hello!
Never heard about this software, so I am unable to comment on it. However, after using Kayako for more than two years, learning to live with eSupport 2 despite all its shortcomings, all I can say is - if you haven't checked out v3 you're up for a positive surprise. It's a true pleasure to work with compared to the previous version! Be aware, however, if you are to consider Kayako again, they are always off by A LOT when giving out estimates on their release dates... Cerberus is a solid piece of software as well. Have, however, much less experience with it. |
